Our agriturismo offers lunches and dinners inspired by Romagna traditions, reinventing dishes that were once part of our ancestors' tables. Each dish tells a micro-history of the farm: a mistake that became tradition, a "wrong" recipe with a surprising result, a grandmother who never weighed sugar and flour...
The garden dictates the recipes: we use seasonal vegetables, wine from the vineyard, and oil from our olive trees. Here, time is not a service but an ingredient.
